Sexuality & Intimacy Coach

Work With Me

Sexuality Educator and Coach

My approach is informed by formal training in professional sexuality practices through the University of Guelph, along with training in interpersonal psychotherapy and sex therapy.

This work is about more than sex. It’s about self-worth, self-trust, communication, confidence, tenderness, permission, and truth. For many of us, our relationship to our bodies and genitals has been shaped by shame, silence, misinformation, discomfort, disconnection, or years of simply not being invited into a deeper relationship with ourselves. That affects more than intimacy. It affects how we speak, what we ask for, what we tolerate, what we hide, what we long for, and how fully we inhabit our own lives. Viva la Flying Vulva exists to change that. This is a space for education, reclamation, embodied self-exploration, and more honest relationship — with your body, your sexuality, and yourself. I offer sexuality education, embodied self-exploration, and shame-reducing support for individuals and couples seeking a more connected relationship with their bodies, intimacy, communication, and sense of self. Through one-to-one sessions, couples support, workshops, and public education, I create spaces for curiosity, honesty, self-compassion, and reclamation.

1:1 Sessions - Sexuality Education & Embodiment Support

These one-to-one sessions offer a space to explore your relationship with your body, genitals, sexuality, intimacy, and self in a way that is reflective, educational, and shame-reducing.

This work may be supportive if you are:

  • feeling disconnected from your body, desire, or pleasure

  • carrying shame or discomfort around your genitals or sexuality

  • wanting to better understand your patterns, conditioning, or beliefs

  • longing for a more compassionate and confident relationship with yourself

  • wanting support around communication, self-expression, or intimacy

  • ready to explore what reclamation, permission, and self-trust might look like for you

These sessions are not about becoming some polished, hyper-confident version of yourself. They are about becoming more honest, more connected, and more at home in your own body and truth.

These sessions may include:

  • guided reflection and inquiry

  • sexuality education and body literacy

  • embodied awareness practices

  • communication exploration

  • values clarification

  • shame-reducing conversation and support

Couples & Partners: Intimacy + Communication Support

I also work with couples and partners who want support communicating more openly, honestly, and effectively about intimacy, sexuality, desire, boundaries, needs, and connection.

For many couples, the issue is not only what is happening sexually — it is also how difficult it has become to talk about it.

These sessions create space for partners to slow down, communicate more clearly, and build the language needed for more honest connection.

This work may support couples and partners who want to:

  • talk more openly about sex and intimacy

  • navigate desire differences with more honesty and care

  • strengthen communication around boundaries and consent

  • express needs, fears, discomforts, and curiosities more clearly

  • identify inherited shame or silence that may be shaping the relationship

  • build a more grounded, compassionate, and emotionally honest connection

These sessions are designed to support communication, understanding, and relational skill-building in a guided, respectful environment.

Speaking, Performance & Creative Education

Some conversations need more than a lecture.

I also offers creative, provocative, and emotionally resonant public experiences that blend education, performance, storytelling, embodiment, and facilitated dialogue.
These offerings are ideal for audiences looking for something more alive, memorable, and culturally meaningful than a standard presentation.

If you are looking for a speaker or facilitator who can bring depth, intelligence, humour, courage, and humanity to conversations about bodies and sexuality, this work may be a fit.
