I believe that accurate information, curiosity, compassion, and a good sense of humour can change lives.

As a sex educator and coach, I help people explore questions about sexuality, intimacy, communication, desire, relationships, consent, and body confidence. No judgment. No shame. No silly questions.

When I'm not teaching, you'll find me wandering through the wonderful world of sexology, collecting fascinating facts, challenging outdated myths, and laughing at the wonderfully strange things humans do in the name of love, connection, and pleasure.
