Created by me, Fran Bouwman, Viva la Flying Vulva invites people into a more connected, curious, and compassionate relationship with their bodies, sexuality, and intimate selves.

Through workshops, storytelling, creative projects, courses, events, and guided support, this work challenges silence and stigma while opening up space for honesty, self-understanding, and reclamation.

At its heart, Viva la Flying Vulva is about helping people feel more at home in themselves.
